LONDON (Alliance News) - Sportech PLC on Friday said that it has appointed Mickey Kalifa as its chief financial officer, with Kalifa taking up the position officially upon the announcement of the betting pool operator's 2015 results on March 3, 2016.
Current Chief Financial Officer Cliff Baty will begin the handover process to Kalifa in January and will leave the board and the company on Kalifa's appointment.
Kalifa has previously served as corporate development director for Sportech for the past six years.
Shares in Sportech are untraded Friday morning. They last closed at 56.75 pence.
