LONDON (Alliance News) - Spire Healthcare Group PLC on Monday said that Simon Rowlands, a non-executive director, bought 214,516 shares in the company at an average price of 306.47p each.
The purchases, which were made over Thursday and Friday last week, mean that Rowlands now owns 0.05% of the company.
Rowlands, who has been in his role since June 2014, did not own shares in Spire Healthcare prior to last week's purchases.
Shares in Spire Healthcare were up 1.6% at 309.80p on Monday afternoon.
