LONDON (Alliance News) - StatPro Group PLC said Monday that non-Executive Chairman Carl Bacon bought 8,000 shares at a price of 72.9 pence into his self-invested personal pension account. Bacon's spouse also bought 4,000 shares into her SIPP account at 72.2 pence per share.
Following these transactions Bacon has an interest in 1.22% of the company.
Shares in StatPro closed up 1.3% at 72.90 pence Monday.
