LONDON (Alliance News) - Synety Group PLC said Wednesday that its cloud-based telephony service CloudCall had been integrated by partner TrackerRMS.
TrackerRMS is a customer relationship management software. Synety has incorporated its call software into the TrackerRMS interface to allow click-to-call, call logging and call recording functions, as well as detailed analysis of staff telephone activity.
The company said marketing activity has already begun for the new product and has seen good interest from a number of TrackerRMS' customers.
Shares in Synety were trading down 0.8% at 262.99 pence Wednesday morning.
