LONDON (Alliance News) - Sabien Technology Group PLC said Tuesday that Dewscope Ltd and Chris Akers reduced their stake in the company in deal completed on Monday.
Dewscope now owns an interest in Sabien below 3%. Prior to the deal it held a 12.7% stake.
Akers after the deal owns a stake in the firm of below 3% while he previously held a 16.9% interest.
Sabien shares were trading down 22% at 0.137 pence each on Tuesday.
Shares in Sabien Technology lost more than a quarter of their value on Thursday morning after a profit warning. Sabien, a manufacturer and supplier of M2G, an energy efficiency technology, said a delay in orders would result in a loss of up to £0.3m in the year ending June 30th. The AIM-listed
