LONDON (Alliance News) - Sanne Group PLC on Thursday said FMR LLC now holds a 5.1% interest in the FTSE 250-listed fund administration services provider.
Prior to this transaction on Wednesday, FMR's holding, if any, was not disclosed.
Sanne shares closed trading 0.6% lower on Thursday at 535.00 pence each.
