(Alliance News) - Smart Metering Systems PLC said Friday it plans to start a phased and progressive resumption of all non-essential field work with effect from Monday next week.
The smart meter installer has so far provided essential and emergency field works, for the maintenance of critical UK infrastructure and energy supplies since the Covid-19 outbreak in late March.
Smart Metering Systems said the remobilisation is expected to be implemented over a period of three months.
Shares in Smart Metering Systems were up 2.8% at 617.00 pence on Friday in London.
