San Leon Energy PLC - Dublin-based oil & gas exploration company - On Friday extends waiver of a USD32 million loan repayment due from joint venture Midwestern Loan Petroleum Ltd to the end of October. San Leon is in talks to buy out the joint venture partner Midwestern Oil & Gas Co Ltd's 60% stake in MLPL. The waiver may be terminated if a deal is signed or talks end before the end of October.
