(Alliance News) - Symphony International Holdings Ltd on Friday said Director Sunil Chandiramani bought USD28,000 worth of shares consumer-focused investment firm.
Chandiramani bought 48,081 shares at USD0.60 per share in a transaction on Tuesday.
Symphony shares were up 0.3% at USD0.60 each at midday on Friday in London.
On Monday, Symphony said Chandiramani purchased USD451,039 worth of shares in a deal last Friday.
His total shareholdings following the transactions was not disclosed.
