Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - Jersey-based oil and gas company focused on Trinidad, Morocco and Ireland - Hires Louis Castro as non-executive director, effective immediately. Castro was chief financial officer of Nigeria offshore producer Eland Oil & Gas PLC until 2016. Eland subsequently was acquired by Seplat Petroleum Development Co PLC in December of last year. This past April, South America-focused gold explorer Orosur Mining Inc appointed Castro as non-executive chair. He also is a non-executive director of investment company Tekcapital PLC, appointed back in December.
