Serinus Energy PLC - oil and gas exploration company with operations in Romania and Tunisia - Chief Financial Officer Andrew Fairclough informs board he will resign. Says he will remain available to support a smooth transition and a search for a new CFO is underway.
Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Auld says: "Andrew has been a valued colleague and friend to myself and the management team over the past three years. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him...for his commitment and contribution during his time here."
Chair Lukasz Redziniak adds: "We are truly sorry to see Andrew leaving the company given his commitment and important role played over the last three years."
