LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder UK Growth Fund PLC said Chairman Alan Clifton, with his wife, bought 8,000 shares at a price of 151 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Clifton holds a beneficial interest in 50,000 shares, which represents 0.031% stake in the trust.
The stock was trading up 3.7% at 153.25p Tuesday.
