LONDON (Alliance News) - Scancell Holdings PLC on Monday said it has secured further subscriptions under its open offer of shares and increased the total amount raised from its share placing.
Scancell said it has received applications for a further 558,823 shares at 17.00 pence per share under the open offer, meaning it has now raised GBP2.8 million through this portion of its fundraising. Scancell shares were down 2.2% to 16.62p Monday.
On Friday, Scancell said it had raised GBP2.7 million through the open offer, in addition to the GBP3.4 million raised through its share placing.
With the additional shares on Monday, the total raised has increased to GBP6.2 million from GBP6.1 million.
