Scholium Group PLC - London-based rare books, arts and collectibles - Jasper Allen will retire as chair on November 8, having served for 10 years as of the chair of Scholium and its predecessor company Bookbank Ltd. Scholium hires David Harland as its new chair. Says Harland is an experienced chair and chief executive. He currently is chair of One PLM Ltd, a computer-aided design and manufacturing software firm.
