SpaceandPeople, the AIM-listed promotional space organiser, pleased investors on Thursday with a contract renewal and new contract win, both in the UK.One of its longest established clients, M&G Real Estate, which owns 11 UK shopping centres, has extended its contract for a further three years.The company will continue to provide promotional activity and mobile retail activity, as well as its new Mobile Promotion Kiosk opportunities across M&G Real Estate's portfolio, it said.Meanwhile, SpaceandPeople also secured a one-year agreement with Thecentre:mk in Milton Keynes to provide Brand Experience sales management.Chief executive Matthew Bending said Thecentre:mk is a "strategically important venue for Brand Experience events in this region of the UK."Having worked with this centre on an ad hoc basis for many years, I am delighted to have now signed an exclusive agreement with them that will allow us to develop the relationship and level of business much further."The stock was up 5.1% at 62p in morning trade.
