Kefi Gold & Copper PLC - Cyprus-based gold and copper exploration and development company with projects in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia - Notes the outcome of a permanent end to hostilities in Northern Ethiopia. Expresses its determination to contribute to the economic recovery plans set by the Ethiopian government.

RPS Group PLC - London-based professional services firm - Says the required majority of scheme shareholders voted in favour of the scheme by Tetra Tech UK Holdings Ltd to acquire the company. Adds that the necessary majority of shareholders approved the scheme at the general meeting too. Completion of the acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction of conditions, it notes.

Braemar Shipping Services PLC - London-based shipbroker - Launches a ten-strong natural gas desk. Explains that this is in response to a "clear need" in the energy market for assistance navigating volatile rate changes and price fluctuations. Its natural gas desk will primarily deal in EU gas, UK NBP gas, and LNG.

TruFin PLC - London-based financial technology firm - Releases released The Entropy Centre, a new console game. "The Entropy Centre is a prime example of what we look for at Playstack. It is a witty and smart puzzle game that is resonating with fans. Following a great response so far, we are looking forward to seeing the impact the game will have on release," Chief Executive Harvey Elliott comments.

Corre Energy BV - Groningen, Netherlands-based renewable energy storage solutions and green hydrogen producer - Appoints of Iain Balchin as chief financial officer with immediate effect. Prior to joining Corre Energy, he led the XLMedia PLC and was deputy group CFO of FTSE 100-listed wealth manager St James Place PLC.

Morses Club PLC - Nottingham, England-based home collected credit provider & online lender - Says Steve Curtis will join the board in the role of interim chair with effect from November 5. Says that he has extensive experience as a chair and CEO across a broad range of sectors, including financial, and has direct knowledge of the credit sector.

Quantum Exponential Group PLC - quantum technology investment firm - Says its German subsidiary, Universal Quantum Deutschland GmbH, was commissioned by the German Aerospace Centre with building a fully scalable trapped-ion quantum computer. The German Aerospace Centre has invested a total of EUR67 million in the project, it says.

Genuit Group PLC - Leeds, England-based plastic pipes manufacturer formerly known as Polypipe - Chair Kevin Boyd buys 40,000 shares at GBP2.50863 each. The total purchase sum is GBP100,345.

Schroder British Opportunities Trust PLC - investment company - Notes the completion of the merger between Culligan International and Waterlogic Group Holdings. The combined company will generate annual revenue of roughly GBP2.4 billion. Says it will receive GBP2.4 million in cash, as a result of the merger, which represents 3.2% of the company net asset value since the second quarter of 2022. "We are delighted to see the completion of this merger, which has generated a global leader in sustainable drinking water. SBO will remain a shareholder as the combined business has considerable potential for future growth. We are also pleased to report our first cash generation from the SBO Private Equity portfolio," Portfolio Manager Tim Creed comments.

Aterian PLC - mining firm - Identifies high-grade copper and silver reported from outcrop sampling at Azrar project. Results include 3.79% of copper and 23 grammes per tonne of gold in a fault breccia sample.
