LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy consultant RPS Group PLC on Monday said it has appointed Ken Lever as its new chairman, and he will take up the position on Tuesday.
Lever is the former chief executive of business processing, procurement and technology company Xchanging and currently sits on the board of Biffa PLC, the waste management firm which floated in London this month.
He also sits on the boards of car dealer Vertu Motors PLC and AIM-listed investment fund Gresham House Strategic PLC.
He takes over from Brook Land, whose retirement was announced in April.
