(Alliance News) - Renold PLC on Wednesday said Mandy Harper, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Chair Mark Harper, acquired shares in the chains manufacturer.
In two transactions on Tuesday, Mandy Harper purchased 95,000 shares at a price of 25.44 pence each and 3,000 shares at 25.38p each, worth a total of GBP24,929.
Following the transaction, Harpers and his associates' holding in 706,449 Renold shares, or 0.3%.
Renold shares were trading 0.3% higher on Wednesday in London at 25.72p each.
