LONDON (Alliance News) - Regency Mines PLC on Tuesday said Chairman and Chief Executive Andrew Bell bought 14.1 million shares in the company.
Regency said Bell bought the shares at 0.015p per share, increasing his total holding to 64.0 million shares, or a 2.6% stake in the company. Regency did not say when the transaction took place.
Regency shares were up 30% to 0.026p on Tuesday.
