July 6 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell shut down afluid catalytic cracker at its 70,000 barrel-per-day refinery inSarnia, Ontario, on Monday for a week of maintenance, accordingto a source familiar with the plant's operations.
The company is replacing the exchanger in the 27,000 bpdcatalytic cracker - a main gasoline producer - and the unit isexpected to restart by the end of the week, the source said.
