LONDON, April 10 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell is yet toshut down any units at its Pernis oil refinery in theNetherlands despite workers at the site going on strike fromMonday, a Shell spokeswoman said on Wednesday.
"We have technical consultations with the unions regardingsafety and environmental impacts of the actions. No units aredown at this point," she said in a statement.
"We see no opening at this point to further continue withthe formal negotiations," she added.
