HOUSTON, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plccompleted restarting the hydrocracker at its218,200-barrel-per-day (bpd) Norco, Louisiana, refinery onThursday, said sources familiar with plant operations.
The 40,000-bpd hydrocracker shut down after it wasoverwhelmed by feedstocks the 112,000-bpd gasoline-producingfluidic catalytic cracking unit could no longer process when itwas idled to repair a leak on Monday, the sources said.
