NEW YORK, Dec 10 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell onTuesday submitted pipeline tariffs with the Federal EnergyRegulatory Commission for all sections of its Houston-to-Houmareversal project effective December 12.
It was not immediately clear if the company was starting thepipelines in December.
The reversal project includes a 200,000 barrels-per-daypipeline that will run from Houston to Port Neches, Texas, a360,000 bpd line from Port Neches to Houma, Louisiana, a 500,000bpd line from Houma to the Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (LOOP)hub in Clovelly, Louisiana and a 300,000 bpd line from Houma toSt. James, Louisiana.
