HOUSTON, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plc
plans to restart the hydrocracking unit (HCU) at its 225,300
barrel-per-day (bpd) Norco, Louisiana, refinery on Thursday
after repairing a valve, said sources familiar with plant
operations.
The 40,000 bpd hydrocracker was shut early on Thursday by a
valve malfunction in the first stage of the unit, the sources
said.
