LONDON, April 25 (Reuters) -
* Shell Chemicals Europe, a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell,hasdeclared force majeure on ethylene, propylene and butadieneproducts due to strike action at two Shell plants in theNetherlands, according to a statement on Thursday.
* Shell said the strikes resulted in a cracker at theMoerdijkplant in the Netherlands being unable to restart according toits planned schedule.
