CALGARY, Alberta, Dec 3 (Reuters) - Shell Canada said there was a hydrocarbon leak totaling 300 milliliters atits Sarnia, Ontario, manufacturing center on Tuesday with someoily water making its way into the nearby St. Clair River.
Shell personnel are on the scene deploying a boom to ensurethe product is contained and recovered and Ottawa's Ministry ofEnvironment has been notified about the incident, a Shellspokesman said.
