* Exports to Europe total 278 mcm/day * Flows to Britain, broadly steady OSLO, July 8 (Reuters) - Norwegian pipeline gas exports toGermany and France were slightly higher on Wednesday while flowsto Belgium and Britain fell, data from gas system operatorGassco showed. Total pipeline gas supplies to Europe were running at 278million cubic metres (mcm) per day by 0740 GMT, up 4 mcm fromvolumes delivered on Tuesday. Norway's gas production capacity is expected to be reducedby 51 mcm/day until July 23 due to planned maintenance.
