* Exports to Europe total 271 mcm/day * Flows to Britain steady at 51 mcm/day OSLO, July 9 (Reuters) - Norwegian pipeline gas exports toEurope rose slightly on Thursday as higher deliveries to Belgiumoffset a drop to Germany, data from gas system operator Gasscoshowed. Total pipeline gas supplies to Europe were running at 271million cubic metres (mcm) per day by 0815 GMT, up 3 mcm fromvolumes delivered on Wednesday. Deliveries to Britain were broadly steady at 51 mcm/day. Norwegian gas production capacity is expected to be reducedby 51 mcm/day due to a planned maintenance until July 23.
