AMSTERDAM, April 8 (Reuters) - Russia's Gazprom and Dutch Gasunie signed a letter of intent on Monday to explorethe potential expansion of Nord Stream pipeline to Britain.
The deal was signed during a visit by Russia's president,Vladimir Putin, to the Netherlands.
Gazprom also signed two deals with Royal Dutch Shell - one for joint shale oil exploration and drilling, theother for joint exploration and drilling of hydrocarbons onRussia's continental shelf.
