Crystal Amber Fund Ltd - Guernsey-based investment company - Expects to return further 10 pence per share by mid-August and additional 60p per share by end of September. "If these distributions can be achieved, this would bring total returns in the first nine months of 2022 to 80p a share," Crystal Amber says.

Orcadian Energy PLC - North Sea focused oil and gas development company - Raises GBP1 million through placing of 2.9 million shares at 35 pence each. Cash will go towards licence fees and for general working capital purposes.

Ncondezi Energy Ltd - Mozambique-based power development company - Says restructuring talks in regard to working capital facility term loan with Seritza Ltd "progressing well" and to be finalised "imminently". "Whilst the principle terms are finalised Seritza has confirmed that it will extend the period in which it will not call in the loan to 8 July 2022," Ncondezi says.

East Star Resources PLC - gold and copper exploration company focused on Kazakhstan - Says "multiple mineralised quartz veins" spotted from rock chip samples at Dalny licence on Chu-Ili gold belt in central Kazakhstan. "All quartz vein samples contained gold mineralisation," East Star says.

Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North America-focused lithium development company - Says results from initial scout drilling programme at Wikieup asset "demonstrate the presence of lithium bearing clays". Chief Executive Charles FitzRoy adds: "Further work is required, but these results are positive and will help in the planning our future programmes there." The project is located halfway between Phoenix and Las Vegas in US.

Artemis Resources Ltd - Perth-based miner with gold, copper and cobalt projects in Australia - Says maiden drill programme planned at Osborne nickel sulphide target underway.

Cornish Metals Inc - Vancouver-based mineral exploration company - Reports assay results from diamond drill holes designed to test Trenares Lode target at United Downs project in Cornwall, UK. Says "multiple zones of mineralisation" intersected at each drill section. Mineralisation is principally "tin - zinc - silver with minor copper".

Hummingbird Resources PLC - gold production, development and exploration focused on West Africa - Says company reserves up "materially" to 4.1 million ounces of gold from 1.1 million ounces reported in November. Resources up 8% to 7.3 million ounces of gold. Updates reserves and resources estimate includes maiden ore reserve at Kinkine deposit, higher-grade ore reserves at the Koekoe deposit and maiden reserves for Dugbe in Liberia.

Open Orphan PLC - London-based pharmaceutical services - Says hVIVO unit is developing the world's first Omicron human challenge model. hVIVO signs deal with Nasdaq-listed Vaxart Inc to develop model to conduct Omicron human challenge study in 2023. Test will test efficacy of Vaxart's oral vaccine candidate, VXA-CoV2-1. "To develop the model, hVIVO will manufacture a new SARS-CoV-2 challenge agent based on the Omicron variant. The Good Manufacturing Practice compliant virus manufacturing activities will commence immediately and are expected to complete by Q4 2022," Open Orphan adds.

Pharma C Investments PLC - New Jersey-based early-stage investor in the medical cannabis industry - Raises GBP200,000 through subscription of 80 million new shares at 0.25 pence each. "The proceeds of the subscription will be used to provide the company with additional working capital," Pharma C says.

Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd - UK-focused real estate investment trust - Disposes of 26,975 square feet single let industrial asset in Portsmouth for GBP6.5 million. Sales price ops GBP4.9 million March 31 independent valuation. "Further disposals are under consideration, alongside potential acquisitions of adjoining ownerships where these support delivery of the asset business plan," company adds. Since March 31, completes 17 new letting, renewals and review, which will generate additional GBP2.7 million of annual rent and increase contracted rental income by GBP1.0 million per year.

Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income PLC - aims to generate returns by making loans to companies in energy sector - Says realises investment in Roaring Fork Midstream at over 21% internal rate of return. In March of last year, Riverstone had committed USD5.9 million for first lien delayed-draw term loan to sponsor-backed Roaring Fork Midstream. Roaring Fork owns and operates pipeline and storage related infrastructure moving natural gas and oil from the wellhead to market.

Mobile Streams PLC - London-based mobile content provider - Extends contract with International Gaming Systems for additional six months starting July. "The revenue share contract will see the two companies continue to undertake various joint projects in the areas of Esports, gaming and digital merchandise," Mobile Streams adds.
