Quixant PLC - Cambridge-based technology outsourcer for gaming industry - Chair Francis Small at Thursday's annual general meeting says year-to-date order intake "significantly ahead" of the same period a year ago across both its both Gaming and Densitron divisions. "Year to date revenues are well ahead of the same period in 2021 across both divisions despite what remains a challenging global supply chain environment," Small adds.

(Sharecast News) - Gaming and broadcast technology company Quixant said in an update on Thursday that the strong demand for its specialist solutions in both the gaming and Densitron divisions had continued through the first four months of the year.

Quixant PLC - Cambridge-based technology outsourcer for gaming industry - Swings to a pretax profit of GBP4.9 million in 2021, from a loss of GBP2.0 million in 2020. Records revenue of GBP87.1 million, up 37% from GBP63.8 million. Credits this to strong demand and a robust order intake in 2021. Increases total dividend for 2021 by 20% to 2.4 pence per share from 2.0p the year prior. Says demand has continued to remain strong in the first quarter of 2022. Believes it will deliver growth in line with market expectations this year.
