LONDON (Alliance News) - Publisher Quarto Group Inc Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Michael Connole bought 10,000 shares at a price of 210 pence per share Monday.
The purchase is his only holding.
The stock was trading up 0.8% at 204.10p Tuesday.
