LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish oil and gas exploration company Providence Resources PLC Monday said its 3D seismic surveying operations have started on its Drombeg oil exploration prospect in the southern Porcupine Basin, offshore south-west Ireland.
Providence said it has agreed to licence around 1,100 kilometres of 3D seismic data over Drombeg, which is being acquired by Polarcus MC Ltd as part if a non-exclusive multi-client survey.
Providence Resources shares were quoted up 2.2% at 139.98 pence Monday afternoon.
