LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier Veterinary Group PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Iain Ross sold 200,000 shares at a price of 135 pence per share on Tuesday.
Following the sale, Ross now holds 505,809 shares, which represents 3.625% of the issued share capital.
The stock was down 5.3% at 135.00p Wednesday.
