PCI-PAL PLC - London-based call centre software provider - Adds Amazon Connect and AWS Marketplace platforms to partner eco-system. "Amazon customers can now access PCI Pal services across its global cloud platform from anywhere in the world via their existing AWS Marketplace agreements. PCI Pal is the first global vendor in the secure payments space to achieve this, further illustrating its class leading cloud technology, as well as its commitment to a partner-led sales approach," PCI-PAL says.

Mode Global Holdings PLC - London-based fintech company - Launches "first-of-its-kind" payments and bitcoin rewards offering with THG PLC. "All 30-plus THG-owned brands have Mode listed as a payments option at checkout, ahead of schedule," Mode says. "Through Mode's bitcoin rewards solution, Mode aims to put bitcoin in the hands of millions of customers in the UK." Was originally scheduled for launch "over the course of 12 months starting from the end of Q3 2021".

Ethernity Networks Ltd - Networking and security solutions provider based in Israel - Signs pact with global wireless equipment manufacturer based in Europe. Ethernity to supply ENET 4840 40Gbps FPGA System-on-Chip. Initial order is worth USD400,000 but additional orders also anticipated.

IQE PLC - Cardiff, Wales-based semiconductor company - Signs multi-year strategic IT transformation agreement with Critical Manufacturing. Says deal will support future growth of IQE. "As part of the ongoing transformation of our IT systems and business processes, IQE has chosen Critical Manufacturing as the group's long-term strategic partner. Together we will deliver a manufacturing platform which is robust, scalable and adaptable," Chief Operating Officer Keith Anderson says.

Calnex Solutions PLC - West Lothian, Scotland-based provider of test and measurement solutions for the telecommunications sector - Says saw "continued strong levels of trading" in first half ended September 30. Expects annual revenue to be "materially ahead of previous expectations". Reports interim results on November 23.

Live Co Group PLC - Lego brick-based events and entertainment firm based in Surrey, England - Wins deal with Easy Park LLC for Bricklive Animal Paradise offering. Is first time Live Co has received work from Easy Park, which owns property assets in US. Easy Park plans to display Animal Paradise Bricklive models in Chicago and Houston.

Walls & Futures REIT PLC - London-based designer and developer of specialist social housing - Says was hoping to seal new development in Newcastle but seller of the property withdrew from sale. Completes design stage of autism friendly housing solution, scheduled for launch in beginning of November. Working to engage with new individual and institutional investors, noting 10% of current shareholder base are not long-term shareholders. "While they remain, we do not believe there will be a substantial improvement in our share price relative to our net asset value (NAV)," company says.

Zenova Group PLC - Brentwood, England-based fire safety and thermal insulation products provider - Launches Zenova WB wildfire product following "a number of highly successful" tests. In lab-controlled conditions, the product prevented ignition and flaming of dry grass fuels that were treated with it. Expects product to play "crucial global role" in tackling wildfires.

Ariana Resources PLC - exploration firm with interests in Europe - Says Venus Minerals Ltd, which Ariana is earning-in 50% stake in, in terms with leading miner in Cyprus for joint venture to develop Apliki copper mine. Venus will be operator. "Ariana is now committed to completing its funding of Venus Minerals to achieve a shareholding of 50%," company says. Notes Venus plans to pursue London-listing by end of 2021.

Tirupati Graphite PLC - graphite mining and processing company - Receives clearance of 211 application for cross listing of shares on OTCQX Markets. "The company will confirm the start of trading as soon as the OTCQX on-boarding process is completed," Tirupati adds.

Taseko Mines Ltd - British Columbia, Canada-based copper producer - Says Gibraltar mine in British Columbia produces 34.5 million pounds of copper and 600 thousand pounds of molybdenum in the third quarter, up 29% and 50% quarter-on-quarter, respectively. Taseko owns 75% of mine.

Enwell Energy PLC - oil and gas producer in Ukraine - Says total output in third quarter amounts to 5,126 barrels of oil equivalent per day, up from 4,629 a year earlier. "Overall production volumes continued to be strong in Q3 2021, showing an increase of approximately 11% compared with Q3 2020, primarily as a result of new production volumes from the SV-25 well in the SV field, which commenced production in February 2021," Enwell says.

President Energy PLC - energy company with assets focused primarily in South America - At Puesto Guardian concession in Argentina, company expects drilling of first well of three well programme to begin at end of October. In Triche well, Louisiana, President says it has been able to swab well back on stream without need of workover rig. Notes well is on stream on a temporary and reduced basis. Company adds: "Whilst the initial production level on opening up the well of only some 30 barrels of oil per day from Triche is substantially lower than the level which is projected once the workover takes place, it nevertheless is helpful in providing some income pending availability of an adequately sized barge to carry the already reserved workover rig which is still projected in the near future."Also adds "good progress" made on satisfying remaining condition of a farmout agreement in Paraguay.

Premier African Minerals Ltd - southern Africa-focused miner - Completes 15 drill holes at Zulu lithium and tantalum project in Zimbabwe. "The current drilling programme is focussed on expanding as well as upgrading the resources in the main zone, and, to delineate further the lithium mineralisation in the step out zones," Premier African says.

Goldplat PLC - South Africa and Ghana-focused gold miner - Teams with West Wits Mining Ltd to process ore from a the ASX-listed company's Early Mine in South Africa. Will process 8,500 tonnes. First ore expected in first quarter of 2022.

BlueRock Diamonds PLC - Kareevlei diamond mine in the Kimberley region of South Africa - Says third quarter carats produced up 38% year-on-year to 7,682. Carats sold up 81% to 6,887, with average price per carat rising 68% to USD554. "With 7,682 carats produced, this has been another record quarter driven by quality high-grade kimberlite being mined and the new crushing plant providing a consistent feed to the old three-pan processing plant. It augurs well for the transition to the new four-pan plant, which will be completed during October," Executive Chair Mike Houston says.

Zenith Energy Ltd - Calgary, Canada-based producer of oil, gas and electricity - Says workover of ROB-1 well in Tunisia is "progressing successfully". "ROB-1 has not undergone any form of well intervention since 2012 and was producing at a stabilised rate of approximately 20 bopd prior to the commencement of workover operations," Zenith adds. Company will go ahead with bottom hole cleaning at asset, as well as scraping of casing. Operations should conclude during next 10 days. If work goes ahead successfully, production rate will range between 60 and 80 bopd.

ADM Energy PLC - natural resources investing company with an existing asset base in Nigeria - Completes 16th cargo lifting at Aje field, part of OML 113 asset in offshore Nigeria. Lifting totals 232,379 barrels with ADM's net share at 21,424 barrels. ADM adds: "The proceeds of the lifting will be applied against the project debt, contributing to a reduction in the outstanding balance. The nominated offtake partner for the lifting was Mecuria, a global energy and commodity group."

Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd - gold miner in Armenia and mine developer in Kyrgyz Republic - Says all 16 drill holes completed at drill programme at Kyzyltash, Kyrgyz Republic. "All 16 drill holes successfully intersected expected mineralization returning similar results as the original drill holes," Chaarat says.

Cobra Resources PLC - Wudinna gold project in South Australia - Seals first phase of 2021 exploration programme at Wudinna. Says total of 875 holes drilled across eight priority targets. "The second phase of the 2021 programme will commence as planned later this month with the reverse circulation drilling programme," Cobra says. Says unit Lady Alice Mines issues notice of completion to Andromeda Metals Ltd and Peninsula Resources Ltd confirming Cobra has fulfilled stage two expenditure obligations. This entitles Cobra to boost Wudinna ownership to 65% from 50%.

Voyager Life PLC - Perth, Scotland-based supplier of cannabidiol and hemp seed oil products for use in health and wellness industry - Says revenue from incorporation to September 30 at GBP65,000. "During the past four months, the company has concentrated on developing a network of stores that stock its products, including opening its first Voyager store in St Andrews, Scotland. This programme of building relationships with trade customers began with individual health stores and pet stores but quickly moved onto larger country stores and regional chains. More recently, the company's strategy has seen a significant success with confirmation by CLF that it will begin stocking Voyager products from January 2022," Voyager Life says.

Premier African Minerals Ltd - Africa-focused company developing a portfolio of metals and minerals projects - Updates on the offtake and prepayment agreement between itself and Canmax Technologies Co Ltd. Says it is in "advanced discussions" regarding two additions to the agreement. The first is to allow for the adjustment in the pricing mechanism for both parties to equally share in the gross revenue from the sale of lithium hydroxide produced from spodumene supplied by Premier. The second is for the further prepurchase of spodumene by Canmax from the company's Zulu project in Zimbabwe to assist with ongoing operational costs associated with revised timelines and expected production figures. Explains that Canmax have confirmed their intention to continue to support Premier and not to terminate the agreement, providing that the addition is entered into on or before June 25.

IN BRIEF: Premier African shares down as process plant commissioned

Premier African Minerals Ltd - Africa-focused minerals and metals project developer - Says its process plant at Zulu lithium and tantalum project is now fully commissioned. The supplier has advised Premier African that the milling and sizing component of the plant requires certain limited modifications to allow for full optimisation to design capacity throughput. It now expects the first spodumene shipments in June, and final optimisation in the fourth quarter of 2023 following plant modifications.
