LONDON (Alliance News) - Polemos PLC on Monday named Hamish Harris, formerly a non-executive director, as its executive chairman, in the wake of Donald Strang's resignation.
In addition, the investing company said it has appointed Jason Berry as a non-executive director.
Berry is a director of JBerry Consulting Ltd and Stoke Capital Ltd. Since July 2014, he has been an executive director of UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC, an AIM-traded oil & gas exploration company.
Shares in Polemos were up 9.1% at 0.0600 pence on Monday morning.
