LONDON (Alliance News) - Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Mike Collis will leave at the end of May to pursue other opportunities and will be replaced by Colin Kunz, who won't be appointed to the company's board.
The healthcare company said Collis will work with Kunz to ensure an orderly handover and will then work with the company on a consultancy basis once he leaves.
Kunz has served as finance director to Rhead Group, Benson Group and Mediwatch PLC in the last seven years.
Plethora also said Anthony Baillieu has been appointed to its board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. He was a stockbroker in Australia before he founded a financial services recruitment firm in Hong Kong.
Plethora shares were up 0.6% at 4.15 pence Tuesday morning.
