LONDON (Alliance News) - IT services company Pinnacle Technology Group PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Director Simon Duckworth bought 250,000 shares at a price of 8.2 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Duckworth holds 4.3 million shares, which represents 1.9% stake in the group.
The stock was down 0.3% at 8.10p Thursday.
