----------

Vodafone Group PLC - Newbury, Berkshire-based telecommunications - David Thodey resigns as non-executive director and won't seek re-election at Tuesday's annual general meeting, "as his other commitments could be regarded as affecting his ability to make a full contribution to the board". ----------

PowerHouse Energy Group PLC - Bingley, West Yorkshire-based hydrogen production from waste plastic technology - Hires Allan Vlah as a non-executive director. Vlah is director of Aviva Investors' infrastructure group, and prior to that was a vice president at the Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund.

Non-Executive Director Leonardo Salvadori moves to part-time role of technical director and steps down from board on October 1. New non-executive directors from October 1 are Stephen Birrell, a geologist who is a director of Ossian Energy Ltd and the president of ROPEPCA, the upstream oil and gas operator association of Romania, and Malcolm Graham-Wood, a corporate broker and founding partner of oil and gas advisory HydroCarbon Capital.

----------

Tekcapital PLC - London-based intellectual property investment group - Malcolm Groat steps down from board at Monday's AGM. Konrad Dabrowski promoted from financial controller to non-board chief financial officer.

----------

SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd - Edinburgh-based sustainable energy projects - Ian Wakelin resigns as non-executive director from October to become chair of Viridor Group, the waste firm whose sale by Pennon Group PLC to funds advised by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co LP was completed earlier this month.

----------

Energean PLC - Mediterranean-focused gas producer - Hires Kimberley Wood and Andreas Persianis as independent non-executive directors. Wood replaces Ohad Marani, who steps down from the Energean board to join the board of subsidiary Energean Israel Ltd. Persianis replaces David Bonnano, also stepping down from the board. Wood is an energy lawyer and senior consultant at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. She also is a director of Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. Persianis is managing director of Fiduserve Asset Management in Cyprus.

----------

Carr's Group PLC - Carlisle, Cumbria-based agriculture and engineering group - Hires Kristen Weldon as independent non-executive director, joining on October 1. Weldon was an executive with agricultural commodities trader Louis Dreyfus Co and prior to that was with private equity investor Blackstone.

----------

James Cropper PLC - Kendal, Cumbria-based advanced materials and speciality paper - Karl Watson resigns as director from August 1.

----------

Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based digital solutions to assess brain health - Eric Dodd retires from board at Monday's AGM, after six years.

Requisition is from 16.7% shareholder Thesolia Ltd. Meeting must be called within 21 days of Monday's notice and held within two months, under Australian rules. Company says it is considering the validity of the notice.
