LONDON (Alliance News) - Patagonia Gold PLC Thursday said Finance Director Gonzalo Tanoira exercised options over 1.3 million shares at an exercise price of 8 pence per option.
Following the deal, Tanoira holds 8.4 million shares, or 0.981% of the company's entire shareholding.
Patagonia Gold shares were trading flat at 12.5 pence Thursday.
