LONDON (Alliance News) - Pembroke VCT PLC on Friday said it is raising up to GBP25 million by issuing B shares.
The company is raising up to GBP15 million with the B share issue, and could raise a further GBP10 million under an over-allotment facility.
"Subscription for new B Ordinary Shares in the company will provide investors with access to a private equity type investment strategy, replicating the existing approach of the company, whilst benefiting from the tax benefits available to investors in VCTs," the company said.
It is expected that the new share offer will be available for subscription from November 2015.
Pembroke VCT shares were untraded on Friday, having last traded at 112.5 pence.
