UK EARNINGS SUMMARY: Tremor Loss Widens, Expects Third-Quarter Profit

Tremor International Ltd - Israeli-based advertising technologies firm - Revenue in six months to June 30 down 5.8% to USD136.5 million from USD144.9 million a year earlier. Pretax loss widens to USD29.4 million from USD3.3 million. Expects to snap back to profitability in third quarter, with adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of roughly USD11 million forecast.

Learning Technologies Group PLC - London-based digital learning and talent management - Revenue in six months to June 30 up 2.3% to GBP64.1 million from GBP62.6 million. Pretax profit falls 39% to GBP4.1 million from GBP6.8 million. Operating expenses up 6.6% to GBP57.2 million from GBP53.7 million. Agrees deal to acquire eCreators, an education software firm in Australia. Learning Technologies to part with an initial GBP3.1 million alongside performance-based fees capped at GBP3.7 million.

Town Centre Securities PLC - car park operator and property investor in Leeds, Manchester, Scotland, and London - EPRA net asset value per share at June 30 year end down 17% to 292 pence from 354p amid decline in like-for-like investment portfolio value. Holds total payout at 11.75p.

RDL Realisation PLC - debt instrument investor - Net asset value per share on June 30, end of first half, down 59% to GBP0.94 from GBP2.27 at the end of December. First half payout up to 139.00p per share from 17.14p.

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd - UK-based solar assets investor - Net asset value per share at June 30 year end down 0.8% to 117.01p from 117.98p. Annual payout trimmed by 4.9% to 7.90p per share from 8.31p.

Tern PLC - internet of things focused investment company - Net asset value per share at June 30, end of first half, comes in at 7.00p, unchanged from December 31. "Looking forward we are confident in making at least one new investment during the second half of 2020 and are focused on achieving at least one further syndicated investment event by the end of first-quarter 2021," Tern said.

RiverFort Global Opportunities PLC - investment company - Net asset value per share at June 30 up 7.2% to 1.24p from 1.16p at the end of December. Investment income in six months to June 30 up 13% year-on-year to GBP513,643.

Aurora Investment Trust PLC - investment trust - Net asset value in six months to June 30 down 30% to 161.61p from 232.07p in December. Posts NAV total return of negative 28%, beaten by FTSE All-Share Index which returned negative 17%.

Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust - property investor - Net asset value per share at June 30, end of first half down 12% to 79.6p from 89.9p at end of December. Posts portfolio total return of negative 5.6%, compared to negative 3.8% from MSCI benchmark. Dividend held at 2.38p.

Urban Exposure PLC - residential development firm and asset manager - Pretax loss in six months to June 30 widens to GBP24.1 million from GBP300,000 a year earlier. Reports negative income of GBP2.0 million, swinging from GBP5.3 million income a year earlier. Pays no interim dividend, versus 1.67p payout a year ago.

1PM PLC - Bath-headquartered finance provider to small and medium-sized enterprises - Revenue in year ended May 31 down 8.2% to GBP29.2 million from GBP31.8 million. Pretax profit down 74% to GBP2.0 million from GBP7.9 million. Company says fourth quarter was hit by Covid-19.

Litigation Capital Management Ltd - specialist asset manager and provider of disputes financing - Revenue in year ended June 30 up 11% to AUD38.4 million, about GBP21.6 million, from AUD34.7 million. Pretax profit down 21% to AUD8.1 million from AUD10.2 million.

Personal Group Holdings PLC - Milton Keynes-based employee benefits firm - Revenue in six months to June 30 up 1.3% annually to GBP30.4 million from GBP30.0 million. Pretax profit up 2.3% to GBP4.2 million from GBP4.1 million. Dividend cut 36% to 7.40p from 11.65p due to Covid-19.

Ideagen PLC - Nottinghamshire-based information management software firm - Revenue in year ended April 30 up 21% to GBP56.6 million from GBP46.7 million. Swings to pretax loss of GBP134,000 from GBP1.4 million profit as depreciation and amortisation costs climbed 38% to GBP12.9 million.

K3 Capital Group PLC - professional services firm with headquarters in Bolton - Revenue in year ended May 31 up 10% to GBP15.0 million from GBP13.6 million. Pretax profit rises 31% to GBP6.4 million from GBP4.9 million. Dividend per share cut by 1.7% to 7.47p from 7.60p.

NAHL Group PLC - Northamptonshire-based legal services provider - Revenue in six months to June 30 down 22% to GBP20.2 million from GBP25.8 million. Pretax profit down 61% to GBP1.8 million from GBP4.6 million.

MyCelx Technologies Corp - clean water firm based in Minnesota - Revenue in six months ended June 30 down 60% annually to USD3.6 million from USD9.1 million. Swings to pretax loss of USD2.6 million from USD450,000 profit.

Kefi Gold & Copper PLC- gold explorer in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia - Posts no revenue in six months to June 30, like in year prior, but pretax loss narrows to GBP1.1 million from GBP1.7 million. Posts a GBP1.0 million gain from dilution of equity interest in joint venture, no such credits were reported a year earlier. Also reports initial preliminary economic assessment from Hawiah project, Saudi Arabia. Assessment confirms "Hawiah is a high priority project".

Longboat Energy PLC - company looking to buy secure interest in oil and gas interests in Norway, the UK, or the wider European economic Area - Pretax loss in six months to June 30 stretches to GBP1.1 million from GBP4,058. "Despite the challenging times, we see encouraging signs of recovery and have remained active throughout the period as we leverage the experience and creativity of our team and our industry relationships to generate business opportunities," Chief Executive Officer Helge Hammer said.
