LONDON (Alliance News) - OPG Power Ventures PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Ravi Gupta stepped down from the board with effect from Tuesday.
Gupta served on the board for 10 years.
Shares in the Indian power producer were down 3.2% at 17.30 pence on Tuesday.
