OPG Power Ventures PLC - Indian power plant operator - Refutes reports and stresses it will not sell its 414 megawatt plant in Chennai. The denial came following reports that suggested it would sell the plant to Indian coal-based power generator Adani Power for between GBP102 million to GBP122 million.
"There is no basis for these reports and the board confirms that the company has no intention to sell the plant," the company said.
