DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Obtala Chairman Buys GBP250,000 In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) -The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Agricultural investment company Obtala said Chairman Miles Christian Pelham purchased 5.0 million shares at a price of 5.00 pence per share on Wednesday. The transaction had a total value of GBP250,000.Obtala shares closed up 3.3% at 6.61 pence. ----------Investment company Better Capital PCC - 2012 Cell said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Moulton purchased 1.75 million shares at a price of 11.016 pence on Wednesday. The transaction had a total value of GBP192,780. Moulton's total share holding following the deal has not been disclosed. Better Capital shares closed down 3.1% at 62.00p.----------Biotechnology investment firm Worldwide Healthcare Trust said that Non-Executive Director Sven Borho purchased 7,000 shares at a price of 2,900.00 pence per share on Wednesday. The transaction had a total value of GBP203,000. Borho's total share holding following this deal has not been disclosed, having only joined the company in June. Borho is founder of OrbiMed Capital LLC, which manages the Worldwide Healthcare Trust. Worldwide Healthcare shares closed down 2.1% at 2,845.002p. ----------Housing firm Glenveagh Properties said that Durrow Ventures had purchased 50,000 shares at a price of EUR1.0167 each on Tuesday. Glenveagh CEO Justin Bickle served as the person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities on account of his links to Durrow Ventures. The transaction had a total value of EUR53,350. Glenveagh shares closed down 3.1% at EUR1.06. ----------FTSE 250-listed bookmaker William Hill said Chief Financial Officer Ruth Prior acquired, with her closely associated persons, 38,998 shares at a price of 257.66 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this GBP100,482 transaction, Prior and her associates now hold 75,070 shares in William Hill, reflecting a less than 1% stake in the company. Shares in William Hill closed up 4.0% at 258.53p.----------Essentra said Chief Executive Paul Forman purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 441 pence per share on Wednesday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Forman now holds in the plastic & fibre products company following the GBP88,200 deal. Shares in Essentra closed flat at 438.00p. ----------Recruitment firm Staffline Group said Chief Executive Officer Christopher Mark Pullen had purchased 2,000 shares at a price of 1,240.00 pence each on Wednesday. The transaction had a total value of GBP24,800. Pullen's total share holding following the deal has not been disclosed. Staffline shares closed up 5.4% at 1,300.00 pence. ----------Video game developer Frontier Developments said Chairman David Gammon purchased 5,000 shares at a price of 1,045 pence per share on Wednesday on behalf of his self-invested personal pension. Following this GBP52,250 transaction, Gammon now holds 346,720 shares in Frontier Developments, reflecting a 0.9% stake in the company. Shares in Frontier Developments closed down 16.2% at 888.00p.
