LONDON (Alliance News) - Northgate PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Bill Spencer bought 8,000 shares at a price of 324.87 pence per share on Tuesday.
The purchase is Spencer's only holding in the vehicle rental company.
On Tuesday, Northgate posted a dip in pretax profit in the year to April, but said its results were in line with its expectations again a mixed trading backdrop in the UK and Spain.
The stock was down 1.0% at 313.25p Wednesday.
