LONDON (Alliance News) - Gaming platform provider Nektan PLC on Monday said it appointed Simon Hay as chief financial officer of the company with effect from June 17.
Hay has over "twenty years' experience in accountancy and consultancy", the company said after having previously worked as finance tansformation director for GVC Holdings PLC.
"We are delighted to welcome Simon as CFO. He joins us at a very exciting time for the business as we continue our rapid growth and path to sustained profitability," Chief Executive Officer Lucy Buckley said.
Nektan shares were trading 4.8% lower at 12.38 pence each on Monday afternoon.
