New World Oil and Gas has completed its 2D seismic programme on the Danica Resources project and expects a competent person's report (CPR) for its Danica Jutland by the end of the second quarter. In an update on its Danish operations, the company said it has finished interpreting data from a recent 3D seismic programme on the Jensen prospect within the Jutland project and talks are underway with potential farm-in partners. Interpretation of the 2D seismic data from the Resources project is also in progress. It will lead to follow up with 3D seismic."We are eager to receive the results of this programme as the data will reveal which of several large structures already identified we will further de-risk with a 3D programme," said Chief Executive Officer William Kelleher."All of this newly acquired data will be instrumental in our on-going discussions with potential farm-in partners and I look forward to providing further updates on our progress in both Belize and Denmark in due course."RD
