LONDON (Alliance News) - NetDimensions (Holdings) Ltd on Wednesday named Non-Executive Director Graham Higgins as its new chairman, after Roger Durn said he wants to step down from the board.
Durn has occupied the role since 2004. He chaired the company's nomination committee and was a member of the audit and remuneration committees.
Higgins has been a non-executive director since 2006.
The changes already have taken effect.
Shares in NetDimensions were untraded at 76.85 pence on Wednesday morning.
