(Alliance News) - Netcall PLC said Thursday it has traded ahead of a year before in the four months to the end of October, in line with management expectations.
Speaking at the software company's annual general meeting, Chair Michael Jackson said the company have seen increased order inflows for both low-code and customer engagement solutions, including new wins in the Insurance, Retail and Public Sector markets.
Netcall's sales pipeline is healthy and continues to show growth, driven predominantly by cloud-based opportunities, Jackson said.
He added that the board is mindful of the current political and economic background and notes that this may have an effect on customer decision making. Netcall continues to monitor the timing of its larger enterprise and product sale contracts.
"Our high levels of recurring revenue provide a good forward visibility, which combined with our solid balance sheet and product strength give the board confidence in the ongoing success of Netcall," Jackson said.
In its financial year that ended June 30, Netcall reported pretax profit of GBP750,000 on revenue of GBP22.9 million.
Netcall shares were up 13% in London at 25.00 pence each on Thursday.
